Anel de vedação de metal Material: Os anéis de vedação de metal da Fuyote são fabricados em ferro fundido de alta liga. Fuyote oferece dois tipos de material para aplicação diferente.
O material do anel-O define as temperaturas e a pressão da aplicação. Fuyote oferece três tipos de materiais para o-rings: NBR, HNBR e Silicone.
Vantagens dos selos duo-cone: preço mais baixo e uma ampla gama de aplicações.
Aplicações primárias: equipamentos de mineração, veículos off-road e rastreados, transportadores e equipamentos de construção; máquinas agrícolas.
Dois anéis de vedação de metal interagem entre si para formar uma face de vedação de contato perpendicular ao eixo. À medida que os anéis-O transferem a pressão do alojamento para os anéis de vedação, permitindo que um anel de vedação de metal gire com o alojamento enquanto o outro permanece estável. Duas vedações de face mecânicas, portanto, estão em estado de movimento relativo.
Dois selos de face relativamente móveis criam um filme de óleo na superfície da banda de contato. Este filme de óleo é a chave para a selagem. Durante a rotação, as faces correspondentes formam uma banda de contato que tem aproximadamente 0,2mm (0,008 ") a 0,5mm (0,02") de largura, retendo o lubrificante de óleo e resistindo ao material estranho. Conforme o uso ocorre, a faixa de contato se moverá para dentro. No entanto, o-ring libera a compensação elástica, mantendo as vedações faciais mecânicas em uma posição precisa para manter sua estabilidade.

Os rostos das focas pretas decretam a ferrugem e aumentam a capacidade de agarrar o anel em O, eliminando o deslizamento do anel. Para o cliente que precisa de rosto de selo branco, a Fuyote oferece listras antiderrapantes para obter o mesmo efeito.
As ranhuras com eclosão cruzada nas bandas de contato da vedação garantem fluxo de óleo e gerenciamento de calor suficientes, permitindo que as vedações operem nas condições industriais mais difíceis. Ao mesmo tempo, também resolve o problema que o selo de óleo de borracha não pode resolver.
A superfície de moagem final de todos os produtos é feita de um processo particular. Ele garante a estabilidade angular esférica dos produtos no mesmo lote e evita a falha prematura da vedação devido à incompatibilidade de diferentes produtos angulares.
A FUYOTE projeta e fabrica o-rings para combinar com nossos próprios produtos. Alta elasticidade aumenta impede o desgaste, tornando os produtos resistentes.
O design de escala esférico beneficia as duas linhas de limite de malha coincidem. Permita que a autocentralização compense a excentricidade ou desalinhamento do eixo.
Os selos faciais mecânicos ficam metamórficos quando expostos ao ar por um longo tempo. Remova apenas o pacote de vedação antes da instalação. Selos de rosto mecânicos são fáceis de quebrar. Manuseie suavemente e instale em uma condição livre de poeira.
Recomendamos o uso de ferramentas de instalação para garantir uma instalação adequada de o-rings. Se instalado incorretamente, a torção nos anéis em O pode causar estresse desigual e descer do anel de metal. Eventualmente, causar falha precoce.
Selos de face mecânicos são produtos de alta precisão, especialmente a banda de contato. Não use instrumentos afiados e use luvas durante a montagem.
O selo flutuante precisa ser mantido em lugar escuro e fresco, devido ao O-ring é sensível à temperatura. Colocado plano e não esmague o armazenamento.
A torção nos anéis em O pode levar a um estresse desigual e rastejar para baixo do anel de metal e, eventualmente, causar uma falha precoce.
O selo flutuante não pode ser usado em ambientes inadequados de pressão e velocidade. E também o uso de lubrificação precisa ser prestar atenção.
Recomendar temperatura: -40 ~ 150 graus Celsius
Velocidade do forro de trabalho: suportar a velocidade circunferencial de até 10 m/seg.
Geralmente os selos flutuantes podem aceitar no máximo 0,3MPa de pressão
É essencial lubrificar a vedação nas lacunas de vedação, preferimos usar lubrificação de óleo em vez de lubrificação de graxa
O nível de óleo precisa estar entre o meio do eixo e o 2/3 do diâmetro interno do selo. Os óleos da caixa de velocidades SAE 80e SAE 90 são recomendados para serem usados.
Instrumentos afiados não podem ser usados na instalação de vedação flutuante. A montagem inadequada causará danos irreversíveis na face de vedação do anel de metal. Exceto o selo facial mecânico de furo quadrado, os selos flutuantes precisam usar ferramentas de instalação para evitar danos.
A ferramenta de instalação é um anel com fenda, que deslizou ao redor do anel de vedação. A etapa das ferramentas de instalação localiza-se entre o anel elastomérico e o terreno do anel de vedação. A pressão é, portanto, aplicada diretamente ao O-ring enquanto insere a vedação.
